What happens if my country becomes restricted?

If your country is added to our restricted list:

  • You will be notified

  • Your account will be placed into withdrawal-only mode

  • You can still claim any outstanding bonuses

  • You can withdraw all available funds

Your balance and winnings are always protected.

What happens if I access Winna from a restricted region by mistake?

We proactively prevent this by showing a geo-block popup whenever you try to access Winna from a restricted region.

In the unlikely event that access still occurs:

  • Your account will not be blocked

  • Your winnings will never be confiscated

  • Your account will simply be set to withdrawal-only mode while you are in that region

You can continue to withdraw funds and claim bonuses as usual.
