How do I use Connect Wallet or Exchange?
Open your Wallet.
Select Deposit.
Choose Connect Wallet or Exchange.
Select your preferred wallet or exchange.
Authorise the connection if requested.
Choose the cryptocurrency you'd like to transfer.
Confirm the transaction.
Once completed, your cryptocurrency will be credited to your Winna Wallet.

Supported wallets and exchanges may vary over time.

Do I need to already own cryptocurrency?
Yes.
This feature is designed for customers who already hold cryptocurrency in another wallet or exchange.
If you don't currently own cryptocurrency, please use the Buy Crypto feature instead.
My wallet won't connect
If you're unable to connect your wallet or exchange:
Refresh the page.
Try reconnecting.
Ensure you're using a supported wallet or exchange.
Check your internet connection.

My crypto hasn't arrived
If your transfer has been completed but your cryptocurrency hasn't appeared in your Winna Wallet, please contact Customer Support.
