If you would like to change your Winna account password, please follow the steps below.
Head over to your Winna account.
Go to Profile > User Settings > Security.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Confirm your new password.
Click "Save changes".
This method only applies if you know your current password. If you have forgotten your Winna account password, please click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Winna account, after which we will send you a password reset link.
Simply follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.
